To be entitled to a free bulky waste collection, you must be a resident of Hackney. Hackney residents are entitled to four collections per year of up to five items per collection.
To place an online order for a bulky waste collection you will need to provide:

The address of the property from where the items need to be collected. The address must include the full postcode.

A description of each item you would like collected. This is so that we can easily identify it from other people’s items that may also be outside the property.
You can only select items that are offered to you. If the items that you want collected are not offered for you to select, please call the Hackney Contact Centre.
We will only collect the items that you select, so please check your order carefully and make sure the description of each item is accurate.
If you have already placed your order and would like to change it, please call the Hackney Contact Centre by 12:00pm (noon) on the day before the collection.
Please leave the items you have listed for collection at the location you have described to us in your order, before 7am on the day of the collection. If you do not, your items may not be collected and your order will still count as a collection for the year.
